Production manager

Professional profile:

• Secondary school education with leaving examination or University education
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company
• Advanced PC user
• Active knowledge of English language

Main tasks:

• Leading a team of Production Leaders
• Being responsible for development of managerial competences od subordinates
• Ensuring fulfillment of production goals – as regards volume, quality, deadlines
• Being responsible for planning and control of costs, investments and projects
• Preparing strategy for the Production Department
• Implementing processes supporting continuous improvement of production processes
• Participating actively in internal audits and 6S
• Preparing reports and analyses of production outputs and financial results
• Cooperating actively with the Maintenance Department in order to ensure technical availability of machinery and support implementation of TPM
• Having responsibility for regular evaluations of employees, communication and evaluation of goals
• Leading team meetings
• Supporting employee motivation, goal achievements, quality improvement and continuous improvement
• Cooperating with the HR Department during organizational changes and other employee related agenda
• Reporting to the COO
